Join WILMAH, VMX and Dr. Jessica Petty for a candid conversation sparked by interviews with female leaders in animal health, who, combined, have 292 years of experience in the industry and who have also mentored over 200 future leaders.

Following the presentation, we will host 5 industry leaders to speak about their experiences with mentorship, sponsorship, diversity and inclusion during their careers, and offer advice to those within the animal health sector on how to build diverse work cultures.

Dr. Jessica Petty has more than two decades of experience contributing to the growth of people and business. While her experiences have spanned the for-profit and nonprofit world, her interest in people and contributing to a more just system for all have always been passions. Through her academic research, she has been able to gather in-depth observations about the experiences of others and bring new insights to an ever-changing marketplace.
